I understand I am receiving a temporary usage license (for real estate projects) for the duration of the property listing and that the photographer retains full copyright to all images. I understand that photos are non-transferable and cannot be given/sold to any other party. I am aware of the $50 cancellation fee if I choose to cancel or reschedule under 24 hours from scheduled shoot time.
